David brings 40+ years of combined enterprise IT and program management experience supporting major federal programs including VA, DHA, IHS, DOS, DLA, and NASA. His background spans Agile delivery, cloud modernization, digital engineering, and geospatial operations. David leads AGD’s strategic direction and technical oversight.
